We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pluzarinfloxor. If you are not happy with your aromatic candle purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately at contact@pluzarinfloxor.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
